Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and specifications. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of purchase order and any required deposit.

Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and technical information you provide remain your intellectual property. We agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of your designs and specifications
• Sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request
• Not use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your orders
• Return or destroy all design files upon project completion if requested

Our Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Robotics Cable Assembly and protected by intellectual property laws.

Quality and Warranties

We warrant that all products will:

• Conform to agreed specifications
• Be free from defects in materials and workmanship
• Meet applicable industry standards (ISO 9001, UL, CE, RoHS)
• Be covered by our standard warranty period of 12 months from delivery

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robotics Cable Assembly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Custom-manufactured products are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformance to specifications. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of materials.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Jose, California.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
