Kitting og mærkning af robotkabler er en RFQ-service, der omdanner separate kabelassemblies til linjeklare kit med kontrollerede varenumre, labels, poser, forsendelsessplit og udgående records. Den er relevant, når en Tier-1 OEM eller integrator sammenligner leverandører, og kabelsættet har mange lignende SKU’er, der kan blandes ved modtagelse, FAT eller slutmontage.

Et robotkabelkit er en samlet gruppe kabelassemblies, labels, poser og dokumenter til en robot, et skab, en akse eller station. En serialiseringsplan er en kontrolleret metode til at tildele unikke ID’er, så testrecords og leveringslots kan spores. En linjeklar pakke viser SKU, revision, connectororientering og QC-status uden at åbne hvert bundt.

Før tilbud gennemgår vi tegninger, BOM, kabelplan, label-artwork, stregkode eller QR, antal pr. pose, ESD- eller fugtkrav, revisionsregler og ship-to-split. IPC-A-620 kobles til workmanship og visuel kontrol, UL-758 til ledningstype, IATF 16949-lignende sporbarhed når relevant og ISO 9000 til dokumentstyring.

Servicen sænker også risiko, når engineering samples bliver til gentagne småordrer.
