En sikkerhedskabelsamling til robotter er den testede ledningspakke mellem nødstop, beskyttelsesdør, enable-kreds, sikkerhedsrelæ og robotstyringens I/O. Nødstopledninger er en normalt lukket sikkerhedskreds, som efter montage skal være mekanisk stabil, tydeligt mærket og elektrisk gentagelig. Et sikkerheds-interlock harness fører dør-, scanner- eller relæsignaler uden at feltfejl stopper idriftsættelsen.
I en RFQ er lederantal ikke nok. I et sydafrikansk industriprogram skulle kunden skifte fra Harness 499 V2.0 til 1289 V2.1 og samtidig bevare UL certification requirement samt Custom label and end-treatment specifications. Scenario
