हमारी रोबोटिक्स box build assembly सेवा सामान्य panel labor नहीं है; इसका केंद्र cable और harness integration है। हम control enclosures, operator boxes, junction boxes, battery interface panels और अन्य electromechanical subassemblies तैयार करते हैं जिनमें custom harnesses, cable glands, terminals, DIN rail devices, relays, power supplies, HMI, fans और mounting hardware शामिल होते हैं। Quote से पहले हम drawing, BOM, wiring diagram, layout, labeling rules और target approvals की समीक्षा करते हैं ताकि service access, cable slack, grounding, connector orientation और test points production शुरू होने से पहले तय हो जाएँ।

इससे sourcing risk पहले ही कम हो जाता है। Specification confirm होने के बाद prototypes आम तौर पर 7-12 business days में तैयार हो जाते हैं, और production orders प्रायः 3-5 weeks में चलते हैं, यह enclosure machining और purchased parts पर निर्भर करता है। Pilot और pre-production के लिए typical MOQ 5-20 units से शुरू होता है। Requirement के अनुसार assemblies 100% continuity, insulation resistance, hi-pot, torque-mark verification, label checks और आपके FAT या incoming inspection plan के अनुसार build records के साथ भेजी जा सकती हैं।
