Robot cable buffer stock एक controlled inventory plan है जिसमें released cable assemblies, semi-finished kits या long-lead components rolling forecast के आधार पर रखे जाते हैं. Scheduled delivery weekly, biweekly या monthly agreed cadence है, जो lot records और test reports से जुड़ी होती है. Replenishment trigger वह stock या forecast point है जहां अगला build शुरू होता है, buyer के line-down shortage से पहले.

हम released drawing, BOM, AVL, pinout, label rules, annual forecast, MOQ, delivery cadence और required documentation से review शुरू करते हैं. Sample, pilot और production needs को अलग रखा जाता है ताकि engineering change finished stock में mix न हो. Workmanship IPC-A-620, wire material UL-758 और traceability IATF 16949-style logic से plan की जा सकती है. Released design में material clearance के बाद production आम तौर पर 3-5 weeks होता है; buffer stock बाद में practical replenishment time घटाता है.
