Robot vedený kamerou může projít zkouškou na stole, a přesto ztratit hodiny při uvedení do provozu, pokud byl kamerový kabel koupen jako katalogové příslušenství. Porucha vypadá jako software nebo kamera: dropped frames na konci pohybu, pokles PoE při zrychlení, občasný trigger nebo obrazový šum až po vedení vedle servo napájení. V RFQ pak nákup porovnává tři nabídky camera cable, ale jen jedna může mít ověřenou impedanci, stínění, poloměr ohybu, výstup konektoru a testovací dokumentaci.

Služba je určena pro robotické OEM, integrátory a Tier-1 kupující automatizace. Vyrábíme GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, PoE, M12 X-coded, koaxiální kamerové linky, trigger/I/O pigtaily a hybridní svazky vision plus power. Engineering review kontroluje interface, délku, pevnou nebo pohyblivou trasu, EMI, frame-rate, strain relief, materiál pláště, zámek konektoru a požadavky drag-chain, torze zápěstí, washdown nebo field replacement.

Typický případ: 6osá vision cell se 3 kamerami, trasou 5 m, 2 pohyblivými ohyby a PoE load. Neceníme pouze conductor count. Nejprve ověřujeme 100 ohm differential pair nebo 50/75 ohm coax path, potom shield termination, bend radius a směr backshell. Vzorky jsou obvykle za 3-5 business days po potvrzení drawing, BOM a konektorů; výroba po uvolnění běží 2-4 weeks. Pro validation samples není MOQ.

Kvalitu lze sladit s IPC-A-620, UL-758 a IATF 16949-style traceability. Testy zahrnují continuity, pin map, shield continuity, IR, hi-pot, značení a lot records. Pošlete camera model, drawing, BOM, pinout, délku, motion profile, prostředí, sample quantity, annual volume a reporty; vrátíme DFM review, rizika signálu a routing, sample plan a quote.

Can you build low-volume samples before production release?

Yes. Validation samples have no MOQ, and typical sample lead time is 3-5 business days after connector and drawing confirmation. Production is quoted after BOM, test scope and traceability release.

How do you reduce dropped frames and intermittent camera faults?

We review impedance path, shielding termination, bend radius, connector exit direction, strain relief and routing near servo power before quoting, so dynamic-route and EMI risks are caught early.
