Fejlen ligner ofte software eller kamera: dropped frames ved yderposition, PoE-fald under acceleration, ustabil trigger eller billedstøj først efter routing ved siden af servokraft. Servicen er til robot-OEM'er, integratorer og Tier-1 automation buyers. Vi fremstiller GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, PoE, M12 X-coded, koaksiale kameraforbindelser, trigger/I/O pigtails og hybride vision plus power harnesses. Engineering review dækker interface, længde, fast eller bevægelig route, EMI, frame-rate, strain relief, kappe, connector locking samt drag-chain, wrist torsion, washdown eller field replacement.

Typisk leverandørscenarie: en 6-akset vision cell med 3 kameraer, 5 m installeret route, 2 bevægelige bøjepunkter og PoE load. Vi prissætter ikke kun conductor count. Først kontrolleres 100 ohm differential pair eller 50/75 ohm coax path, derefter shield termination, bend radius og backshell direction. Prøver er normalt klar på 3-5 business days efter drawing, BOM og connector; produktion tager ofte 2-4 weeks. Der er intet MOQ for validation samples.

Kvalitet kan følge IPC-A-620, UL-758 wire review og IATF 16949-style traceability. Tests kan være continuity, pin map, shield continuity, IR, hi-pot, labeling og lot records. Can you build low-volume samples before production release?

Yes. Validation samples have no MOQ, and typical sample lead time is 3-5 business days after connector and drawing confirmation. Production is quoted after BOM, test scope and traceability release.

How do you reduce dropped frames and intermittent camera faults?

We review impedance path, shielding termination, bend radius, connector exit direction, strain relief and routing near servo power before quoting, so dynamic-route and EMI risks are caught early.
