視覺導引機器人在台架測試通過,不代表現場導入一定順利。如果相機線被當成一般型錄品採購,問題常會被誤判為軟體或相機異常:末端行程 dropped frames、加速時 PoE 下陷、trigger 不穩,或線纜靠近伺服電源後才出現影像雜訊。RFQ 階段,採購看到三份都寫 camera cable 的報價,但可能只有一家真正檢查了 impedance、shielding、bend radius、connector exit 與測試文件。
此服務面向機器人 OEM、系統整合商與 Tier-1 自動化採購。我們依 drawing 製作 GigE Vision、USB3 Vision、PoE、M12 X-coded、同軸相機線、trigger/I/O pigtail,以及 vision plus power 混合線束。工程評審涵蓋 camera interface、長度、固定或運動路徑、EMI、frame-rate、strain relief、外被材料、連接器鎖定、drag-chain、wrist torsion、washdown 與 field replacement。
典型供應情境:6 軸 vision cell 有 3 個 cameras、5 m 安裝路徑、2 個 moving bend points 與 PoE load。我們不會只按 conductor count 報價。會先看 100 ohm differential pair 或 50/75 ohm coax path,再確認 shield termination、bend radius 與 backshell direction。drawing、BOM 與 connector 確認後,樣品通常 3-5 business days;量產釋放後通常 2-4 weeks。validation samples 不設 MOQ。

Can you build low-volume samples before production release?
Yes. Validation samples have no MOQ, and typical sample lead time is 3-5 business days after connector and drawing confirmation. Production is quoted after BOM, test scope and traceability release.
