Gambaran Keseluruhan

Robot berpandukan vision boleh lulus demo bench tetapi masih kehilangan masa semasa commissioning jika kabel kamera dibeli seperti aksesori katalog. Simptomnya kelihatan seperti software atau kamera: dropped frames di hujung stroke, kejatuhan PoE ketika acceleration, trigger tidak stabil atau noise imej hanya selepas kabel melalui kawasan kuasa servo. Dalam RFQ, procurement membandingkan tiga tawaran camera cable, sedangkan hanya satu supplier mungkin menyemak impedance, shielding, bend radius, arah connector dan dokumen ujian.

Kami membina GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, PoE, M12 X-coded, pautan kamera coaxial, trigger/I/O pigtail dan harness hybrid vision plus power. Can you build low-volume samples before production release?

Yes. Validation samples have no MOQ, and typical sample lead time is 3-5 business days after connector and drawing confirmation. Production is quoted after BOM, test scope and traceability release.

How do you reduce dropped frames and intermittent camera faults?

We review impedance path, shielding termination, bend radius, connector exit direction, strain relief and routing near servo power before quoting, so dynamic-route and EMI risks are caught early.
