概要

ビジョン誘導ロボットはベンチ評価に合格しても、カメラケーブルを単なるカタログ品として選ぶと立上げで時間を失います。症状はソフトやカメラの問題に見えます。ストローク端での dropped frames、加速時の PoE 電圧低下、trigger の不安定、サーボ電源の近くに配線した後だけ出る画像ノイズなどです。RFQ では、三つの見積が同じ camera cable と書いていても、インピーダンス、シールド、曲げ半径、コネクタ出口、試験記録まで見ている supplier は限られます。

対象はロボット OEM、インテグレータ、Tier-1 自動化購買です。GigE Vision、USB3 Vision、PoE、M12 X-coded、同軸カメラリンク、trigger/I/O pigtail、vision plus power のハイブリッドハーネスを drawing ベースで製作します。技術レビューでは interface、長さ、固定または可動 route、EMI、frame-rate、strain relief、ジャケット、ロック機構、drag-chain、手首 torsion、washdown、現場交換性を確認します。

典型例として、6軸 vision cell が 3 camera drops、5 m route、2 moving bend points、PoE load を持つ場合、導体数だけで見積りません。まず 100 ohm differential pair または 50/75 ohm coax path を確認し、次に shield termination、bend radius、backshell 方向を見ます。drawing、BOM、connector 確認後の sample は通常 3-5 business days、量産は released BOM と test plan 後に 2-4 weeks が目安です。validation sample に MOQ はありません。

品質は IPC-A-620 workmanship、UL-758 wire style review、必要に応じた IATF 16949-style traceability に合わせられます。continuity、pin map、shield continuity、IR、必要時 hi-pot、label、lot record に対応します。camera model、drawing、BOM、pinout、長さ、motion profile、環境、sample quantity、annual volume、report 要求を送れば、DFM review、signal/routing risk、sample plan、quote を返します。
