En visionsstyrd robot kan klara bänkprovet men ändå tappa timmar vid driftsättning om kamerakabeln behandlas som en katalogartikel. Felet ser ofta ut som mjukvara eller kamera: dropped frames vid ändläge, PoE-dipp under acceleration, intermittent trigger eller bildbrus först när kabeln ligger nära servokraft. I RFQ jämför inköp tre offerter som alla säger camera cable, men bara en leverantör kan ha granskat impedans, skärmning, böjradie, kontaktutgång och testdokumentation.

Tjänsten är för robot-OEM:er, integratörer och Tier-1-köpare inom automation. Vi bygger GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, PoE, M12 X-coded, koaxiala kameralänkar, trigger/I/O pigtails och hybrida vision plus power harnesses. Engineering review omfattar interface, längd, fast eller rörlig route, EMI, frame-rate, strain relief, mantelmaterial, låsning och krav på drag-chain, handledstorsion, washdown eller fältbyte.

Typiskt leverantörsfall: en 6-axlig vision cell med 3 kameror, 5 m installerad route, 2 rörliga böjpunkter och PoE load. Vi offererar inte bara conductor count. Först kontrollerar vi 100 ohm differential pair eller 50/75 ohm coax path, sedan shield termination, bend radius och backshell direction. Prover tar normalt 3-5 business days efter bekräftad drawing, BOM och connector; produktion tar ofta 2-4 weeks. Inget MOQ för validation samples.

Kvalitet kan kopplas till IPC-A-620, UL-758 wire review och IATF 16949-style traceability. Kontroller kan omfatta continuity, pin map, shield continuity, IR, hi-pot, label och lot records. Can you build low-volume samples before production release?

Yes. Validation samples have no MOQ, and typical sample lead time is 3-5 business days after connector and drawing confirmation. Production is quoted after BOM, test scope and traceability release.

How do you reduce dropped frames and intermittent camera faults?

We review impedance path, shielding termination, bend radius, connector exit direction, strain relief and routing near servo power before quoting, so dynamic-route and EMI risks are caught early.
