Overview

Our molded cable assemblies combine precision injection-molded or insert-molded thermoplastic encapsulation with high-flex robotic-grade conductors. Each assembly receives a factory-applied overmold at the cable-to-connector junction — eliminating the weakest failure point in conventional crimped or potted designs. The result: a monolithic, sealed interface that resists pull-out forces exceeding 200 N, blocks moisture and particulate ingress to IP67/IP68 levels, and survives millions of flex cycles without conductor fatigue at the termination point. We mold with TPU, PVC, TPE, and silicone compounds matched to your operating temperature range, chemical exposure profile, and required flex life. From single-cavity prototype tooling to multi-cavity production molds producing 50,000+ assemblies per month, our in-house molding cells run 24/7 under IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 workmanship standards.

Buyer Questions Before RFQ

What should we send to get an accurate quote?

Send your drawing, BOM, quantity forecast, application environment, and any required approvals. Missing inputs create avoidable assumptions in pricing and lead time.

Will your team review the design before production?

Yes. Engineering review happens before quotation so connector, flex-life, shielding, and routing risks are flagged before you commit.

Can you support prototype through volume release?

Yes. We support first samples, validation builds, and production ramp with traceability and test requirements kept aligned.
